That firm, Regency International Estates, has also rebranded to Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos to reinforce its local influence and global reach. 

Based on the island of Providenciales, Christie’s International Real Estate Turks & Caicos is a 12-person firm led by Robert Greenwood and Walter Gardiner. The company has served Turks and Caicos for more than 30 years and is the leader for development sales in the islands.
